Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency and decarbonization projects.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification required.
• Experience with BEPS programs and utility incentives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute energy engineering and decarbonization projects.
• Lead building performance optimization and energy modeling.
• Advise clients on BPS compliance and develop long-term energy plans.
