Job summary
Baumann Consulting is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Washington, D.C. to manage HVAC and plumbing projects focused on quality and cost-effectiveness. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. You will work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and schedule adherence. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in plant operations, construction management, commissioning, or building automation.
Possession of relevant certifications like Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent.
Effective communication skills on construction sites.
Ability to work onsite 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Manage HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system projects.
Obtain and evaluate contractor quotes and proposals.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for system performance.
Prepare technical reports for clients.
