Job summary

Baumann Consulting is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Washington, D.C. to manage HVAC and plumbing projects focused on quality and cost-effectiveness. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. You will work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and schedule adherence. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plant operations, construction management, commissioning, or building automation.
• Possession of relevant certifications like Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills on construction sites.
• Ability to work onsite 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system projects.
• Obtain and evaluate contractor quotes and proposals.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for system performance.
• Prepare technical reports for clients.
