Job summary

Hardee's in Whiteville, NC is seeking a Crew Person to provide guests with a positive experience, prepare quality food and keep the restaurant clean and safe. You will work at assigned stations, handle food per standards and assist with stock and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications include being enrolled in high school or having a diploma, at least 16 years old, reliable transportation, and flexible hours including openings or closings.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with SUPERSTAR service and a positive experience.
• Work assigned station(s); clean, stock, and assist as needed.
• Prepare, package and deliver products according to Menu Standards.
• Handle food products per company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required.
