Hardee's is hiring a Crew Person to perform assigned duties, serve guests, and help keep the restaurant clean and safe. You will prepare food to standards, assist with station tasks, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to food safety practices as part of a fast-paced restaurant environment. Bi-lingual skills are a plus and applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide total guest satisfaction by delivering quality products and service.
• Follow guest service guidelines and ensure Superstar Service.
• Work assigned station(s), clean and stock, and assist with other duties as needed.
• Ensure hot, quality products and safe food handling per standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.
