Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a friendly Crew Member to deliver a joyful car wash experience. You will operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, and help at the kiosk while supporting sales when needed. The role requires physical activity and a positive team attitude in an outdoor setting.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, with a preference for a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, and safety comes first in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate car wash equipment (front wash, back wash, vacuum)
• Greet customers enthusiastically; support membership sales and upsell when CSA unavailable
• Guide vehicles into/out of tunnel with proper alignment
• Inspect vehicles for damage prior to entry
• Prep vehicles by removing trash and cleaning interiors
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles as needed (express/full-service)
• Explain and promote wash packages, memberships, and promotions
• Rotate between tasks based on needs and direction
• Assist in opening/closing duties and site upkeep
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe environment
• Follow safety standards and company policies
• Perform other duties to support site performance
