Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is hiring a Crew Member to support a fast-paced car wash site. You will operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while assisting with customer interactions and upsell opportunities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a cheerful demeanor, with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours and availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate car wash equipment including front wash, back wash, and vacuum.
• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm; support membership sales and product upsell in the absence of a Customer Service Advisor (CSA).
• Guide vehicles safely into and out of the tunnel, ensuring proper alignment and wash readiness.
• Prep vehicles by removing trash, vacuuming interiors, and wiping surfaces to enhance tunnel performance.
• Dry, polish, and detail vehicles interior and exterior when applicable, including express and full-service options.
• Explain and promote wash packages, memberships, and current promotions as needed.
