Job summary

Applegreen Group in Gilbert, SC is hiring an Associate/Cashier for our Express Lane/Pitt Stop stores. You will greet customers, handle transactions, promote products, and maintain clean, organized work areas during your shift.

The role emphasizes accuracy, friendly service, and teamwork to support sales growth across our stores. This non-exempt hourly position requires weekend/holiday availability, at least 18 years old, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays and varying shifts.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists them in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Operates cash register, promotes sales and cash control per guidelines.
• Cleans, stocks and maintains checkout area, displays and backroom.
• Cleans external property including sidewalks, drives, pumps and equipment.
• Participates in team efforts to achieve store goals.
• Performs duties in a safe manner following safety policies.
