Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Advisor to help individuals with mental health diagnoses live more independently and participate in the community.

You will support recovery, resiliency, and the development of self-directed care plans, working with families, on-site teams, and community partners. This PRN role offers flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with competitive hourly wages and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and transport individuals to appointments.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of each individual's Treatment/Support/Recovery Plan.
• Assist individuals in managing symptoms and developing their own recovery plan.
• Help individuals develop skills to live independently in the community.
• Utilize community resources to promote integration, independence, and interdependence.
• Coordinate with on-site team, families, involved agencies, and community.
