Community Services Group - CSG is seeking a Behavioral Health Advisor to support adults with mental health diagnoses in building independence within their communities.

The role involves implementing recovery-focused care within our Adult Mental Health Residential Programs in Steelton and Highspire, PA, including skill-building and coordination with families and agencies. Compensation reflects a base rate with overnight differential for awake overnights.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalency with related experience, or a Bachelor's in human services.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of each individual's Treatment/Support/Recovery Plan.
• Assist individuals in managing symptoms and developing their own recovery plan.
• Help individuals develop skills to live independently in the community.
