Interim HealthCare Hospice & Palliative Care in Coshocton/Muskingum counties seeks a Hospice Aide (STNA) to provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the care plan with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification (Ohio) required.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Reliable transportation with proof of valid driver's license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to carry out the plan of care to provide comfort and dignity.
