Qualifications

• Licensed, registered, or certified to assist in physical therapy in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Availability for weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and the supervising PT's plan of care.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercises and gait training.
• Observe and report patient responses and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy within the PTA scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home care settings and patient populations.
