Renew Home Health is seeking a dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to perform at-home visits across the Cleburne area in a PRN capacity.

You’ll deliver skilled PTA services under the supervision of a physical therapist, helping patients build strength, mobility, and independence with one-on-one care in patients' homes. A Texas PTA license is required and home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing is required.
• Home health experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes across the Cleburne area.
• Carry out therapy treatments under the supervising PT’s plan of care.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
• Track patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT and care team.
• Instruct patients and families on home exercises and safety strategies.
