Renew Home Health in Granbury, TX is seeking a dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help patients build strength and independence in their homes. In this PRN role you’ll perform skilled PTA visits under the supervision of a physical therapist and support recovery at home.

You will use AI-assisted charting to document visits, coordinate with the care team, and teach patients and families home exercises and safety strategies.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing.
• Home health experience is a plus.
• Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Reliability and strong hands-on therapy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes across the Granbury area.
• Carry out therapy treatments under the supervising PT’s plan of care.
• Help patients build strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
• Track patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT and care team.
• Teach patients and families home exercises and safety strategies.
• Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools.
