Concierge Home Care in Sebring, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled in-home therapy services. You will operate under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, implementing individualized plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence in a patient home setting.

You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with the care team, and document progress using AI-assisted tools, enabling efficient charting and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida PTA license required.
• Travel requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Execute individualized treatment plans based on PT evaluation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques.
• Communicate patient progress with the interdisciplinary care team.
