Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home healthcare services in Ohio. Work on Mondays 10am-6pm with potential to grow your caseload. Enjoy one-on-one patient relationships and the ability to schedule around your life, including school, travel, or family time.

Ideal candidates communicate well, respect diversity, and maintain safety and confidentiality. Training may be provided; drivers with reliable transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with clients, families and caregivers.
• Ability to follow care plans and protect client dignity.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising RN to encourage client independence.
• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation support as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and report incidents promptly.
