Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) for Panama City, FL. Enjoy a flexible, autonomy-rich practice with 1:1 patient care in the home and coverage area designed for efficient travel.

You will evaluate patients, create individual plans, and collaborate with physicians while supervising COTAs. Flexible full-time options and quarterly bonuses inspire growth and balance.

Formación

• Active Florida OT license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise COTAs.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications.
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology.
