Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes, with Thursday shifts from 10 am to 3 pm and HHA certification required. You will provide direct care, monitor vital signs, assist with daily activities, and help maintain comfort and dignity for clients.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report status changes or abnormal findings.
