Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver direct patient care in home settings, following the plan of care to provide comfort and dignity.

You'll perform vital sign checks, assist with daily living activities, and document patient status while working one-on-one with clients. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance; full-time, part-time, PRN and weekend shifts available. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA or STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
