Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will follow the plan of care to assist clients, monitor vital signs, and support daily living activities with dignity and respect in the home setting.

As part of a trusted home health team, you will communicate changes in patient condition, maintain accurate notes, and ensure quality care. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required to serve clients in their homes.

Formación

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, required
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Required

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
