Job summary
Live Long Well Care of Bridgewater, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to provide personal care and companionship for seniors. Positions are full-time and part-time with morning, evening, and weekend shifts; day and night options available. CNAs are not required but CHHA is a plus and paid premium.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are necessary. Applicants must have a smartphone for time/attendance and care task documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years’ experience with the elderly desired but not required.
- CHHA certification not required but is a plus and paid a premium.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must have an updated smartphone for time/attendance and care tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding.
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Grocery shopping, errands, transportation, and dementia care.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
- Occasionally assist with pet care as needed.
- Document services accurately and timely per policy.
