Live Long Well Care is seeking Part Time and Full-Time Certified Home Health Aides to provide personal care and companionship for seniors. Internal and external applicants are welcome; positions require CHHA certification and some weekend work.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, with service within a 30-mile radius of the branch. Applicants should have a smartphone for timekeeping and care task updates.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• The candidate must have successfully completed a certified home health aide program.
• Two years’ experience in a similar position desired.
• Two years’ experience working with the elderly desired.
• Must have an updated Android or iPhone smartphone device.

Responsabilités

• Provide general assistance and care to patient/clients per the non-personal care plan.
• Plan meals, purchase food and supplies, and prepare nutritious meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly home environment for the patient/client and family.
• Provide companionship and reminders for medications as required.
• Travel to various client locations within a 30-mile radius of the branch address when needed.
