Job summary

Right at Home is seeking Home Health Aides and Caregivers to join our award-winning team. We offer part-time and full-time shifts with flexible schedules across mornings, days, and overnights.

Caregivers are needed throughout Acton, Arlington, Chelmsford and nearby towns in Massachusetts. Earn $18–$22 per hour with health insurance options, a 401(k) plan, and RN support to help you provide compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
