Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (1099 Independent Contractor) in Lucasville, OH. You will provide routine healthcare services in clients’ homes, designing a schedule that fits both your needs and client requirements.

You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, mobility, and meals, while monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator. A background check and health status confirmation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help with mobility and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
