Zusammenfassung

PurposeCare is hiring compassionate home health aides to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor health, and support families while traveling to client homes within your service area.

Ideal candidates are dependable, patient, and service-driven; willingness to become licensed and complete required trainings is valued. Flexible schedules and meaningful, people-centered work are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism with vulnerable populations.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to complete TB testing, background screening, and onboarding requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support medication self-administration through reminders (no independent med administration).
• Monitor and report patient condition and changes to the supervising nurse.
• Take and record basic vital signs when trained and assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly client environment.
• Travel reliably to patient homes and assigned visits across your service area.
• Complete required in-service training, including annual dementia education.
