PurposeCare is seeking compassionate home health aides to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support families with peace of mind.

Ideal candidates are 18+, eligible or willing to become licensed, with a caring, patient approach and ability to travel to client homes. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities.

Formación

• Age 18 or older.
• Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Willingness to complete TB testing, background screening, and onboarding.
• Ability to follow written care instructions and document services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range-of-motion exercises per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support medication reminders and monitor patient condition.
• Document care provided and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Travel to patient homes across the service area.
