Flat Irons Flex Care in Fort Collins is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care and companionship in clients' homes. You will support daily living activities, help with mobility, prepare meals, and assist with medications as directed, delivering warm, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
