Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in their own homes. You will help improve quality of life with compassionate, dependable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care tailored to clients' needs.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with management.
• Offer companionship and social activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands.
• Report changes to the care coordinator or supervisor.
