BrightStar Care is hiring licensed nurses in Wisconsin to provide high-quality in-home care in West Bend and surrounding areas. You will evaluate patient needs, develop and adjust care plans, and collaborate with leadership to ensure safe, compassionate service.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within BrightStar Care. Weekend and evening shifts are available to fit your life and patients' needs.

Competenze

• Active Wisconsin nursing license (RN or LPN).
• Minimum 1 year of documented nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care within the state Nurse Practice Act using sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments of patient needs.
• Develop and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Deliver nursing services requiring skill and judgement.
• Document care plans and progress notes clearly and timely.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the Nursing Director and team.
• Counsel patients and families on care needs and home safety.
• Assist in evaluating staff competency and promoting quality care.
• Maintain compliant clinical records and support regulatory requirements.
• Support home health referrals and patient advocacy.
