Job summary

BrightStar Care in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care. You can work part-time or full-time with a flexible schedule and the recognition you deserve.

Responsibilities include hygiene support, meal prep, mobility assistance, and ensuring client safety. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Join us to help make a difference in people's lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or personal care is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide client with hygiene care as directed including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, medication reminders.
• Prepare and administer meals according to client diet.
• Assist client in range of motion and document changes; report to Director of Nursing.
• Assist client in walking and transportation to appointments, activities and shopping.
• Develop a safe environment and adhere to policies and standards.
• Ensure client rights are respected.
