Interim HealthCare seeks a dedicated Home Care Aide to assist seniors at home in Lakehead, Redding, and Shingletown. You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation support on an hourly basis.

Join a family-oriented team with online training, CEUs, and opportunities to improve skills. Must have a high school diploma, a valid CA license, and be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Competitive hourly pay and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen. We do not test for THC.
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature; good communicator. Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify a supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
