Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring Home Care Aides/Caregivers to support seniors at home in Dunsmuir, Mt. Shasta, and Yreka, CA. The role offers $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit, and a flexible schedule with 1:1 client ratios.

You'll assist with daily living activities, mobility, medication reminders, and safety in the home, while building skills through online training and CEUs. High school diploma and CA driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen; no THC testing.
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, good communicator, able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
