BrightStar Care - Cleveland West is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care across Westside Cuyahoga County and surrounding communities. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, PRN, weekday, weekend, or 12-hour shifts to fit your life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• One year of caregiving/home care/assisted living/direct care experience preferred.
• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers and ambulation support.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.
