Zusammenfassung

BrightStar Care - Cleveland West is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care throughout Westside Cuyahoga County and surrounding communities. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, PRN, weekday, weekend, and 12-hour shifts to fit your needs.

As an HHA, you will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments while maintaining client comfort and safety.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• HHA, STNA, CNA or Nursing Assistant training preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following client care plans.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.
