Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Springfield, MA is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNAs to serve Agawam, Belchertown, and surrounding towns. We are a family-owned agency that supports caregivers with training, resources, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and meals.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping.
• Prepare meals, involving clients when possible.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.).
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
