Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Massachusetts to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour and is based on experience, certification, and location.

Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable and respectful individuals.
- Valid driver\'s license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- HHA or CNA certification preferred, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Preparing meals and assisting with meal planning.
- Light housekeeping.
- Grocery shopping and errands.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Assisting with daily activities.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client\'s condition.
- Following health and safety guidelines.
- Providing dependable and compassionate care.
