Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNAs to support clients across Western Massachusetts, including Agawam, Holyoke, Springfield, and surrounding towns. Build a flexible schedule with free HHA training and certification, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Certification (HHA or CNA) preferred, but not required.
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Commitment to following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as hygiene, dressing, and meals.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Help with light housekeeping to maintain clean, safe homes.
Run errands such as grocery shopping.
Prepare meals with client input when possible.
Give medication reminders.
Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning).
Monitor and report changes in client condition.
Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
