Guardian Angel Senior Services in Massachusetts is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) for a flexible, caregiver-forward role. You choose hours, receive free HHA training and certification, and earn $19–$22 per hour, with benefits that support health and wellbeing.

We value compassionate, reliable caregivers who can work independently, manage time well, and provide high-quality in-home care to clients across multiple towns.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Certification (HHA or CNA) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as hygiene, dressing and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe.
• Run errands including grocery shopping.
• Prepare meals with input from the client when possible.
• Give medication reminders as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
