Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in Hawaii to deliver a welcoming guest experience and assist with a variety of services. You will create flexible work schedules by selecting shifts via the myTime app, with a minimum engagement to ensure coverage.

You will greet guests, resolve issues, promote loyalty programs, and support order pick up, drive-up, and registry services while maintaining store standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and provide excellent service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and prompt shift participation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist in finding products or resolving issues.
• Process returns and support guest services (OPU, Drive Up, Registry).
• Explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and login.
• Promote store products, services, and app features to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team members.
