LAZ Parking in Quincy, MA is seeking a Garage Attendant to greet customers and manage parking operations with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and help maintain a safe, clean facility across the lobby, lanes, and parking office.

The role emphasizes reliability, on-time attendance, and following supervisor directions while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth traffic flow at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet by name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately to account for revenues.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic.
• Promote good customer relations by providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Keep parking location clean and maintain equipment; change light bulbs and general upkeep.
• Maintain and repair malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure access for customers.
• Be in LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
• Follow directions of supervisors and work with/without supervision.
• Inform all loitering to move off property or call non-emergency number if needed.
• Ensure location safety and address potential hazardous conditions.
