LAZ Parking is seeking a dynamic Valet Attendant in Boston to greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a positive first and last impression. You will engage warmly with guests, manage car flow, and coordinate with the team to deliver courteous service.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to drive a manual vehicle, and excellent communication. A flexible schedule, including AM/PM/overnight shifts, is offered in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars carefully, greet customers by name, and build rapport at the stand.
• Direct traffic to keep car flow organized with a friendly smile.
• Work with or without supervision and maintain a self-reliant attitude.
• Promote excellent customer relations and positive experiences with LAZ Parking.
