Job summary

Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader seeking a Property Manager. Earn $15.50 per hour with flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties, and bonuses are offered for performance.

Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, guiding purchases of moving supplies, conducting daily inspections, managing cash drawers, and keeping customer accounts current with payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant or service industries.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections when needed.
