Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers in the United States. Earn $16.50 per hour with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties, and performance-based bonuses are available. Responsibilities include assessing storage needs, selling packing supplies, inspecting units, auditing cash drawers, depositing funds, and assisting customers with payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Manage multiple locations and work independently outside and inside facilities.
