Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations with a mix of indoor and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent through regular inspections.

Daily cash handling, payments follow-up, and maintaining property curb appeal are part of the role. The position offers flexible, full-time schedules with mileage reimbursement and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales in retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and handle reminders/collections when needed.
