Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in a facility serving residents in Montgomery County. The role includes providing skilled therapy under supervision, implementing individualized plans, and collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary staff.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions with a focus on improving residents’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Associate’s degree recognized by AOTA.
• Current COTA license in good standing required.
• Geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and physician orders
• Monitor resident progress and response to treatment
• Complete required documentation and daily treatment notes
• Participate in resident care planning
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
