Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans and physician orders
Monitor resident progress and response to treatment
Complete required documentation and daily treatment notes
Participate in resident care planning
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Associate’s degree recognized by AOTA
Current COTA license in good standing required
Geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Flexible FT, PT & PRN opportunities
