Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Dover, Delaware. This full-time or part-time role involves visiting adult patients, coordinating care, and delivering skilled nursing services in clients’ homes across the Dover area.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Delaware.
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
- Document doctors' orders and client assessments accurately.
- Coordinate case management and services for each client.
