Marianwood Health and Rehabilitation in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You’ll screen, evaluate, and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, delivering skilled therapy in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels. New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with regular standing and walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.
