Job summary

Woodard Health & Rehab in Olympia, WA is seeking in-house Physical Therapists for full-time and PRN roles. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.

The position requires graduation from an accredited PT program, a valid state PT license, CPR certification, and proficiency with EMR systems (PCC). We offer onboarding and ongoing professional development in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Proficient in assessment of referred patients and direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC).
• Deliver patient-centered therapy and contribute to rehabilitation plans.
• Participate in onboarding and professional development programs.
