United Defense Tactical seeks a friendly Front Desk Associate to join our Orlando-area team. You will greet customers in person, by phone, or email and assist them with their needs in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and manage priorities. 8-hour shifts with evenings and weekend availability, plus benefits like free uniforms and training; opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office equipment and basic software (MS Office, Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the front desk area, including organization and restocking.
• Process inquiries, complaints, and requests and escalate as needed.
• Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accurate reservations and billing.
• Maintain customer records and update the company database.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor.
