Job summary

Primary Health Medical Group is seeking an MA/LPN/RN UC Flex Float to support all Treasure Valley clinics, with Kuna as the home clinic. This float role offers a set schedule and full benefits.

You will assist with examinations, phlebotomy, triage, room preparation, and back-office support under provider direction. Idaho licensure and MA program completion are required, plus strong patient service and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program.
• LPNs and RNs must hold a current Idaho nursing license.
• Venipuncture skills and basic lab competency.
• Customer service-oriented attitude and computer proficiency.
• EMT certification considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in examination and treatment of patients under provider direction, including casting and injections.
• Provide clinical triage and communications per protocol.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage supplies.
• Perform basic on-site laboratory tests and handle specimens.
• Conduct phlebotomy with proper labeling and processing.
• Support back office with patient flow, documentation, and customer service.
• Educate patients and relay provider instructions.
• Assist with referrals, scheduling, and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
